Which is really pathetic if the other site is running a finger daemon
too. This creates a finger-loop, resulting in pissed-off admins.

ObHack:

I found an Apple II 3.5" drive at a thrift store for 6 bucks the other
day. I tried to get it to work with this old Laser 128 in yet another
attempt to get ProDOS running, and it didn't work. So I took it out and
took the raw drive guts out (not that extra board that lets the drives be
daisy-chained). I took the plug out of my Mac's external drive (itself
a story for another ObHack) and stick it into this drive. Presto, it
worked! It's only 800k, but for six bucks I can't complain, plus I can
hack it into being a "real" external drive for the Mac.
