Since I learned years ago to never throw anything away, I had the end of an old extension cord in the box. I removed about an [C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C[C inch of wire from one strand of the cord and crammed it into the empty fuse holder. I believe I'll replace it before we use it again this year, but it worked fine last holiday season. Yeah, I know it's lame, but....
