TinyVZ update

TinyVZ (not to be confused with the hosting provider) is a Busybox-based OpenVZ template which uses a fraction of the ram and disk space that an OpenVZ template based on a traditional Linux distribution uses.

Since I use TinyVZ as a tiny recursive DNS server toaster, I have just updated it to use the latest version of Deadwood (3.2.03c), with all of the fixes to resolve names out there.
