In particular, this font is derived from Charis SIL, and is distributed under the OFL (see the files OFL.txt and OFL-FAQ.txt for details). Charis SIL, in turn, is derived from Bitstream Charter, which has a very liberal license, as described in Charter-copyright.txt. There is one glyph not obtained from Charis SIL: The arrow was obtained from DeajVuLGCSans 2.15, glyph 0x2192. To the extent of my knowledge, this glyph is public domain.
