Chortle: My hacks to Bitstream Charter

<p>

Chortle2014: Bitstream Charter with the serifs in "E" and "F" made 
smaller so it is a more readable screen font.  Chortle2014b: Ditto,
but the lower stem in "E" is made smaller so it lines up on the
screen.  Only the non-italic fonts are changed.

LiberationMono-bdf: Bitmap renderngs of the "Liberation mono" font at various
point sizes.

<p>

LTHackMedium-19.bdf: A modified version of a large "lucida typewriter"
(lucida mono) bitmap rendering which is good on a 1024x600 netbook screen.

VerilySerifMono.tgz: A monospace version of Bitstream Vera serif; again its
